I am so totally sorry about boggeying a great blog name. At one point I believed I may have something to contribute to society and then that idea faded.

Currently I live in Michigan and am affected by the worst unemployment in my working history- 14%. I have a wonderful husband and amazing, toddling son. Boys smell, yet they are OK in my world.

Mostly I love my little suburban life, the arts, politics, arguing with my brother and his ilk. Once upon a time I ventured out into the world, but I am a stay-at-home, wander the neighborhood, read the occasional newspaper mom. If you can imagine my disappointment at the 2000 and 2004 elections, you'll get it, as well as my overall disbelief at my country's demise. No, I am not an uberpatriot, but I find certain events in recent history disgusting and frankly anti-American. I don't believe the Torah, Bible, Koran, et al. Nor do I follow any script. Can you think? Make a plausible argument? Do you disagree with me, yet compel me to listen? We could be great friends. I even like a few Republicans...

What's your interest? Teach me something. Point me in a new direction. Even at my venerable age, turning orange in the rust belt, I love new ideas. Honestly, open minds and hearts are welcome, no matter the differences.
